IE University holds regular events aimed at providing information to parents and prospective students about our Bachelor degrees and life as an IE University student.
We regularly take part in international education fairs and conventions. In addition, we organize virtual and face-to-face insight sessions on topics including our Bachelor degrees, presentations by professors of the IE University, guided tours of our campus, open days, etc.

IE University holds open days at the Segovia and Madrid campuses once or twice a month.Professors, IE University students, potential candidates, their families, and Admissions Department staff all participate in these events.
Our Open Days include a presentation of IE University's educational model, the undergraduate programs we offer, and student life at the University.
Open Days are also the perfect way to:
1. Address queries about which undergraduate program to study and in which format.
2. Obtain in-depth information about the admission process.
3. Exchange views with IE University students enrolled on different undergraduate programs.
4. Visit the Segovia or Madrid campuses. If you come to the Segovia campus, you will be able to visit our Residence Hall.
5. Obtain brief information about scholarships and financial aid.
6. Take the IE University admission test.
The admission test is part of the IE University admission process.
You can take the admission test either at the Segovia or Madrid campuses or at any of the 25 offices IE has around the world. Please go to the dates and locations schedule, choose the time and place that best suits you, and register for the test.

You can visit IE University for one of our scheduled Open Days. We regularly organize other events at our Segovia and Madrid campuses, and at some of the 25 offices we have around the world. These include talks for parents, conferences and symposia for school counselors, and special open days for pre-university students interested in a particular undergraduate program, as well as informal events, such as networking dinners and cocktail receptions for candidates, parents and students who have been given a place from a particular country or region.

We invite prospective students and their families to our Open House event. In addition to our regular campus visits, this event will provide a great opportunity to get to know the University from all its sides. With a broad range of drop-in-sessions, visitors will have the opportunity to discuss academic issues, financial aid, careers services and extracurricular activities available on campus. The Student Services Department will be also at your disposal and they will guide you through housing options for future students.
It's an amazing chance to see what it means to be part of the IEU Community, by meeting current students, participating in workshops and enjoying a student-led tour in both of our campuses.
Activities, transfer between campuses and meals are fully covered. The event is open to anyone interested; however, all participants must register in advance. We look forward to seeing you there!
IE ExPEERience gives students the opportunity to participate in a number of activities that aim to familiarize them with an international university environment. Future students are able to attend classes and workshops led by IE University professors.
The stay at the Madrid and Segovia campus will also serve as a platform for future students to get to know the degree that best meets their needs and interests on a professional and personal level. They will have at their disposal advisors from the admissions team, as well as a group of 60 fellow students from 35 counties worldwide, who will be sharing their experiences and explaining the key features of each degree. There will be also academic sessions, such as workshops and lectures, and leisure and networking activities including Madrid and Segovia guided tours.
You can get to know us by visiting one of the university fairs held near where you live. We take part in fairs across the world, in all European countries, and in almost all Spanish cities.

Before the fair, you can arrange an appointment with a member of our Admissions Department who will be attending the fair, or simply let someone in the Department know that you will be visiting our stand, so our staff can welcome you personally.
The families and parents of our students are an integral part of our community, and for that reason, we want them to have a close connection with IEU. Every year, IEU has the pleasure of hosting the "IEU Parents Weekend". During this event, parents of prospective and current students from all around the world meet in both our Segovia and Madrid campus to have a teste of what is the IEU experience.The parents have the opportunity to attended real classes and conferences given by professors, feeling like students while experiencing our methodologies. Moreover, they are invited to enjoy social activities, like a concert given by the IEU Music Club, a tour around the medieval city of Segovia, among other entertainments.VIEW CALENDAR
Talks and activities in schools: IE University organizes visits and training in schools for pre-university students and their counselors who are interested in finding out what the university has to offer. Schools can choose from any of the following activities:
- IE University presentation about us, our methodology and the undergraduate programs we offer.
- Career guidance talks to help pre-university students choose their undergraduate program and university.
- Workshops centered on encouraging interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship.
- Master class given by IEU professors.
- Specific talks on particular areas of knowledge (science and humanities).
School visits to our campuses: IE University welcomes schools interested in visiting our Segovia or Madrid campuses, or in organizing training sessions for pre-university students.
